4여성농업인강릉시연합회(회장:최경인)는 2. 9~10 2일 관내 독거노인 80명에게 즐거운 설 명정을 보낼 수 있도록 설 음식인 만두2,400개, 떡국 떡 50KG, 육수, 양말 1셋트를 전달 하였다
2월9일 만두만들기 행사에는 여성농업인 시임원 및 읍면동회장 30여명 과 이희선 강릉시장 부인 및 농업기술센터 간부 가족과 여직원들이 본 행사에 동참 하였다
